First and foremost, our design emphasis is on cost effectiveness, without sacrificing quality or function. Designs are value engineered from the outset to assure optimization of owner budgets. Code research and coordination with local authorities are an integral part of every project to minimize costly delays in permitting.  Construction documents are detailed to reflect the actual installation instead of being schematic in nature.
 
 Quality Control
 
Each and every project is subject to multiple internal reviews. Designs are reviewed by a fresh set of eyes in the same discipline. Coordination reviews are performed on documents of other disciplines, prepared both internally and externally. This results in well coordinated documents, with minimum field problems and changes.
