Design and construction of a two-story, 50,000-sq.ft. facility, accommodating grades K-6.

The above Charter Schools boast a wide range of learning environments ranging from Multi-Purpose Rooms, Classrooms, Laboratories, Music-Rooms and Outdoor Spaces. Unique features include an Ethernet based learning system to include smart boards in all classrooms, wireless overhead paging system for student release functions, and VoIP telephony capabilities allowing two-way communications between all classrooms. Agressive timeframes and key project milestones were all achieved, by utilizing our team of highly trained and experienced staff.
University of Tampa Stadium Center Dormitory
Design services for a 7-story, 143,768-sq.ft., 448-bed dormitory in a suite type atmosphere with support areas. The mixed use facility includes a 19,000-sq.ft. dining and reception area on the first level, incorporating seven eateries that offer various menus appealing to the college appetite.
University of South Florida – Juniper-Poplar Hall Dormitory
This 7-story, 1,050 bed student housing facility is the largest dormitory on the Tampa campus. The facility is arranged in double occupancy suites. Support areas include dining for 350 students, a convenience store, laundry, lounges, living and learning centers, and staff offices. Mechanical design includes three 400-ton air cooled chillers with associated pumps and control devices.
St. Petersburg College - Seminole Campus, Phase II
This 88,000-sq.ft. University Center is utilized under cooperative agreements by 12 universities, allowing students to take university level classes through distance learning techniques. Projects at the Seminole Campus also include the central chilled water plant, pharmacy building, dental building, technology building, and library addition.
