Design and construction for a manufacturing company specializing in medical tubing. The fast growing company needed a new facility to accommodate its growth. A 57,000-sq.ft. state-of-the-art office headquarters and assembly plant was designed to accommodate their needs. Employee amenities include a fitness center, club style locker rooms, a café and training rooms. The building entry is highlighted by a two-story atrium with specialty lighting.

Advalite - Tampa, FL
Electrical Construction for the remodel and expansion involving high rack storage in warehouse / manufacturing and office areas. The 240,000-sq.ft. warehouse stores promotional items that are sold throughout the US an internationally.

Closet Maid - Grantsville, MD
Design services for a 142,871-sq.ft. single story manufacturing facility. The three phase work included site lighting, electric service and distribution, power distribution design, ADA compliant fire alarm system, interior lighting and controls; HVAC design included energy code calculations, plumbing design, and fire protection.
