Woodland Corporate Center - Tampa, FL
First speculative office building in Florida to earn LEED Gold Achievement status from USGBC. Design for this 3-story, 94,690-sq.ft. shell office building includes electrical design, site lighting, photometric design and utility coordination.

Brighthouse Headquarters - St. Petersburg, FL
New fully improved 3-story, 165,000-sq.ft. office complex with 641-space, 4-story parking garage. The entire building is supported by three 1000KW parallel generators.

Highland Oaks Office Buildings III, IV & V - Tampa, FL
Three new three and four story office buildings, ranging from 99,000-sq.ft. to 128,000-sq.ft. Each building is supported with a 277/480V service, lightning protection, and lobby and building accent lighting. Colwill Engineering also provided tenant improvement to multiple tenants in each building. Examples include: McDonalds; Greystone Healthcare Management; Nortrax;Travelers Insurance; Virginia College Online; Rasmussensen College and Smuckers Corporation

Cypress Bay Office Condo, Tampa, FL
Electrical design and construction for a new 5-story, 87,000-sq.ft., mid-rise multiple tenant, office condo with site lighting and parking garage. Colwill Engineering provided tenant improvements to Harrod Properties; Lion Investment; AAPS and Suncoast Equity Management.
