Colwill Engineering has designed millions of square feet of multi-family housing, ranging from high rise condominiums to quaint adult independent living facilities. Two of Colwill Engineering's higher profile residential projects were The Towers of Channelside, two 30-story residential towers, and Juniper-Poplar Hall at the University of South Florida, which was a 1,050+ bed dormitory.
