Winter Garden Village
Design services for a 1,150,000-sq.ft. open-air retail shopping center. The center is divided into three sections and features Target, Marshall’s, Best Buy, and Old Navy stores.
Publix “Unique” Stores
- Publix Greenwise, Tampa, incorporates a parking garage on the second level.
- Publix Bee Ridge Shell and Interior, Sarasota - Certified LEED Gold.
- Atlantic Station, Atlanta, GA – One of the highest profile “unique” stores in the Publix portfolio.
The Grove at Wesley Chapel
800,000-sq.ft. of retail, restaurants and entertainment, and 300-residential units; a 2,900-seat -16-screen theater with a full restaurant, bar and lounge. Other retails include Bed Bath & Beyond, ULTA, DICK's Sporting Goods, PetSmart, Best Buy, Michael's, and Ross Stores. The project was constructed in three phases.
Waterford Lakes Town Center
New 920,000- sq.ft. power center, with design of site lighting, including photometric calculations, junior anchors and miscellaneous retail interiors.
